Welcome to A Thousand Words Photography’s Client Wardrobe!

This is an ever-growing collection of clothing items that is included and available for your use during your session. I know how challenging it can be to coordinate clothes for a family of five for a session firsthand. Add in shopping and getting everything to fit everyone well and having them happy to wear it-enough said. Let me take some of that weight off your shoulders! Whether you use one outfit, or 10, it’s here for you.

Currently, I have mostly women’s and girl’s, with a smaller variety of boy’s and then men’s. I really focus on accumulating timeless styles that flatter all body shapes so don’t be afraid to go up or down in sizes when considering. I always have my toolkit along on sessions with some tricks to make dresses more fitted if needed. I also have cami tank tops in neutral colors in all sizes and a few other tricks in case you would like more modesty on any of the dresses. Textures, patterns and coordinating colors is something I pay close attention to so we can piece together cohesive items that complement each other well. 

Choosing Outfits

The first step is to look through the gallery and select some favorites. If you are local to Poynette, we can set up a Wardrobe Appointment for you to pick things out and try them on prior to or at the start of the session. Another option is to do a video call where we can coordinate together. From there we can see what else is needed beyond choosing from the Client Wardrobe. I am happy to assist with choosing outside of the Client Wardrobe as well. 

Family Sessions

Let’s be honest. Typically, mom picks her outfit first and then the rest are based off her’s. I have some stunners in the Client Wardrobe that are a great starting point. 

Maternity and Newborn Sessions

For mamas at maternity sessions and newborn sessions, my hope for you with these dresses is that they allow you to feel comfortable and confident in them, so you don’t need to stress about how you look and can fully relax and enjoy yourself during photos.

Senior Sessions

All the dresses make for fun senior photos too. Imagine frolicking through a field of flowers or standing in the water with any of these!

Engagement Sessions

Do you like the idea of wearing white for engagement photos? But not thrilled about having to buy another white dress for wedding festivities? I got you girl. Use one of the white dresses without having to search for one! And if you’re looking for some color, I’ve got you covered there too.
